Delivery to Work or Home
You can save as many delivery addresses as you need within the Pakistan in your profile. Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for that delivery – work or home. You can also use an alternative address if you want to send a gift to someone. In that case, keep the billing address as yours.

What are your delivery hours?
We deliver every day of the week from 10am – 11pm.
Delivery time slots are available on a first-come first-served basis.
How do I select my delivery time?
Once you have finished your shopping and you have started checking out, you will be requested to select your delivery slot.
Can I change my delivery time?
If we have not started preparing your order yet, we can still change your delivery time.

How long does it take to receive my order after I have placed it online?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours upon reception of your order and upon stock availability. On-Demand items are ordered from suppliers once you place your request online and are delivered upon stock availability with the brand/supplier.

No, but this service will be introduced to you soon so as to satisfy all your needs.
At what time can I be delivered?
For electronics & non-food items, the delivery time will depend on the delivery provider. You will be contacted by the concerned team to arrange the best suitable timing for you.
